Nicholas Bowles is a doctoral candidate in Psychology in the Contemplative Studies Centre and Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences at The University of Melbourne. His research focuses on the dose-response effects of meditation, particularly mindfulness practices. Nicholas is also an experienced meditation practitioner.
